Introduction
Eldarune is a multiplayer action game in medieval setup. Players can use weapons, skills, dragons, and warships to defeat enemies. Team play is the main key to conquering the battlefield. A Clan system will help you to gain friends.
Champions will gain some bonuses by defeating enemies that will help them overcome further challenges.
Rich Gameplay Mechanics: The player can use swords to cut enemies in half, crossbows to pin enemies down, and call a dragon to burn them all. Moreover, players can sail to wreck enemy ships using powerful arbalet installed to the deck, control a dragon to destroy a huge fleet, or hunt down other dragons on air.
Champions will gain attack and defence bonuses with different challenges. Each champion has different advantages, you can unlock your champions by playing the game. Pick the right champion to help your team.
Equipment
Picking the right weapon for the right champions at the right time is essential, your champion will start with a favored weapon, but it won’t stop you to pick a different one on the battlefield.
Here comes the Clans
Clans are not just for finding a friend to play together. Clan is your flag! Keep it high and gain some extra skills and bonuses as your clans gain level.
Season System
Our game is not just some code compiled with some visual elements, it is YOU! The players, Clans… and it will develop with your feedbacks in our Discord channel. We will shape it further with your taste of skins, champions, gameplay, and challenges around a medieval setting. Each Season will have its own Leaderboards with different prizes.
In Eldarune there are 4 different game modes:
- Campaign (Single Player)
- Dungeon (Single and Multi-Player)
- Clan Boss (Multi-Player)
- PVP Arena(Multi-Player)
Campaign
The campaign mode is a Witcher-like single player mode. The main charter’s name is Alec.
In Campaign mode, players can play as single player to feel and understand the backstage of the story of Eldarune.
Dungeon
In Dungeon Mode, players can play as single or as a team, when a clan or person finishes a level in dungeon, they can play the same dungeon in harder mode.
For example, you finished Dungeon 1.1 easily, but when you try to play the same Dungeon, the game will be harder, creatures will be more stronger.
Do not forget to strength your characters with more powerful NFT Items or just call a friend to help you to kill the creatures!
Clan Boss
In Clan Boss Mode, players need to play as clan, with 5 player and try to defeat very strong creatures AKA Bosses.
Stronger Enemy = More Rewards!
PVP Arena
PVP Arena Mode is the PVP mode of the Eldarune up to 60 gamers. 1v1 up to 5v5, 5v5v5, and more. Clan Fights, Leagues, Deathmatch, Chaos, and MORE!
You might be wondering, ok so here is another Game-Fi project with play-to-earn promise. But as far as we can tell, even for the most seasoned gamers, Game-Fi projects might be hard to dive in. Game progression or mechanics might be a little different than traditional games. So here we are summarizing the things to do in Eldarune:
1️⃣ Play the campaign mode: In order to play the campaign mode, you will need to purchase one of the Alec NFTs with unlimited supply. Eldarune has a well-thought lore behind it and complex game mechanics. Before diving in to grinding, playing the campaign will get you the best experience overall.
2️⃣ Finished the campaign. Now what? Other than the very obvious part of playing it again, Eldarune offers 3 different game modes. Dungeon, Clan Boss and PvP Arena. Let’s briefly sum these up:
Dungeon: This mode might seem a bit different than Campaign mode. Instead of usual 3rd person camera angle, this mode offers an isometric gameplay like diablo franchise. Dungeons are great for solo or co-op adventures with smaller teams than Clan Boss. Once you complete a dungeon, a harder one will be unlocked. You can move on or grind the same dungeon over and over. Remember, harder the dungeon, better items or more tokens will drop.
There will be both on-chain and off-chain options.
Clan Boss: Fighting against strong bosses is always so satisfying for players with friends (trust us, we know 😉) so why not make a dedicated game mode just for fighting bosses but with your team? This mode being difficult, also will be rewarding. Just make sure to have good damage numbers on the boss. Bosses will drop items as NFTs that you can trade. Dropped a good sword? Just sell it on marketplace or use it for defeating stronger bosses.
PvP Arena: Now this might be the most complex one. It’s your wealth at stake here. You can fight 1v1 to 30v30 against other players. Your reward will be based on how much you staked when entering the battle. This mode is not only for champions fighting on their own but also with ships for naval fights or with dragons for aerial battles. You can choose the battle style you want.
3️⃣ Done fighting? Just explore:
Eldarune has a vast world to explore. Mine minerals for upgrade materials. Do some fishing for supplies or collect herbs for potions. More you focus on a specific task, you will get better skills for that profession. Better skills mean better crafts for you to trade on our marketplace.
